She is also the founder of The Connecticut Notary Association and Connecticut Land and Title Searchers Association. Jacqueline as well as being a paralegal is a Certified Signing Agent, Title Searcher and an Associate of the New Haven Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. She continues to donate and contribute to many non-profit agencies throughout the community.
Originally a Social Worker with her M.S.W., it is second nature for Jacqueline to take the needs of her customers to heart. She jokes about having “spoiled” them, but that same attention continued by the entire staff creates an immediate and lasting trust.
Ben Purcell is our Director of Title Services. With 23 years of research experience, Ben joins us as an important asset to the company.
He brings with him the history of having owned a title company for 20 years. His commitment and promise to customer service creates a stress-free environment for our clients. Ben’s specialties include full title research and commercial examination services. Ben's promise is to deliver, friendly customer service along with accurate, timely search services to our clients.
Vendor Manager, Donna is our dependable team leader in every area. Donna’s background in management is evident in her meticulous attention to the needs of our vendors and clients, as well as our office staff. She is truly gifted in problem solving and has the unique ability of handling many tasks at once. Donna's motivational skills keeps our team on task as they promote our philosophy that customer service is our priority at all times.
Closing Services Manager, Allison has been with American Real Estate Services since its inception. Her start as a notary signing agent 7 years ago allows her a complete understanding of all closing documents. As a closing paralegal her ability and efficiency to lead our closing team is her greatest asset. Along with her friendly, cheerful attitude her commitment to building relationships with our clients is her number one priority. Her experience and knowledge make her an integral part of our company.
Marie is our Office Manager. After 30 years in customer service, she is more than well versed in keeping clients happy. Marie is the initial welcoming contact for our company and greets all customers with her friendly, upbeat attitude. Her problem solving skills and ability to manager all the day-to-day administrative activities keeps American Real Estate Services running smoothly and efficiently.
David Polverari, Senior Title Searcher, ensures our customers a smooth and well coordinated process. David is committed to customer satisfaction. With his many years of title searching experience he understands the urgency of the 24 hour turnaround promise that we uphold. David grew up in Madison Connecticut, and enjoys his part in helping others to settle in New England.
